to answer Jenns post- yeah pattys day was a little depressing for me- usually i have so much fun-- this year it snuk up on me.
well this is my only recourse right now-- it is the most private place for me- yet still have some one to hear me-- i really don't enjoy being around my bos-- ha as it goes this is bad- since He is the senior Pastor.. he just joined FB- so although i don't do any thing wrong on thei- i'll feel like - il have to gaurd evey thing. any who-- its really irritatting now- because he has A D H A and has not been on his med for 2 weeks- so he's every where, and every thing is urgent. ihave a few people wh know the deal- and i only seem to get lectures about leaving- but all those people seem to bail their ministries when times get tough/-- however- i know it is not time.-- i believe, When thisis all over in 20 years i'll write a book - with teresa, ad jenn as editors- i'll call it holding on to the blow up pool shark in hurican waters-- well-- still working on the title. any way Blah blah blah

What??? I need a stinking dictionary-- oh so how very english teacher of my dear friend jenn to say ton my post.- well if i had a dictionary, and knew how to use it it--- still would not help- because i can not spell the word i'm trying to spell..
it got cold here this weekend- just in time for our D- now. i know great things
could happen- especially for the girls in our group-- the movie mean girls is loosly based upon our middle schoolers-- oh teresa and the other ladies have their jobs worked out for them this week end with those girls. but still - its all good with students going deeper into their faith then they all were before.

and for that i don't need a dictionary- ha just the fact that He loves me, and all of us.

no one is interrested in my missspellings really- even you will tire of them.- ha
I have every thing to say with no words to say them, or maybe nothing to say with many words!!
i have no conversation- really - i am a borring man at the time.so we'll talk about others.

but here we go- it finally snowed,= yes actually yesterday in childrens church . I gatherred all the children in a cirlce, and we all prayed for snow. this may seem trival, but in greenville county this is a big deal, and even more to southern children. we usually get a lot of dangerous ice, but no snow. This year it dustted w/snow once. i explained to the children that God loves us, and even pleases Himself to give us gifts, but if after we pray and and we aren't given snow- it just means that - God Knew that we shouldn't have it, or has other plans. The kids were excitted about prayer- which was great, and every one was interrupting each other like please jesus, and oh turn the rain to snow,. it was fun. and I prayed it would actually be a great spiritual lesson for them.
the forcast called for possible snow, but usually these things bi pass our area- ( come on I have a college student at Myrtel beach who's gotten our snow twice this year. any who the rain turned to snow yesterday and it at some points there was even thunder and ligh'n- it was amazing. eventually that passed and there is a snow man in our yard- he was made at 9:30 last night- ha, and schools were cancelled, and Children saw that God does answer prayer. I thank God for allowing us this small gift.

ok i'm back- june 16-20 was camp-- i know a few youth Guys who don't like camp, including my professor who says do your own camp and retreats-- they argue that most of these venues are just fluff, and non lasting commitments- i just smile and listn i believe that is true with 90% of the places i hear about. However i will argue groups need those experiences, but not to put too much weight on them- I believo the places we g o are a bit diffrent -- we go to Summersalt in the summer, and Scott Dawson's STREGn to stand in the winter-- i don't do "ra ra" camps these two venues are the only two i trust- they are first spiritual, and designed to disciple not thrill. one of our new students said about summersalt- man i'm just not use to so much church- i laughed-- but at the end of the week he was thinking about his spiritual life. it was a good week One student surrendered to full time ministry, one student who we have been trying to reach for two yrs to be more then a fire Insurance christian she sat crying with me telling me how blind she has been-- i thank God for these experiences
then on the 20th tree and the girs picked me up from camp after our students left for home and we went to florida-- first to sea world( we have never been)we had so much fun, then we headed over to the Gulf Of Mexico to Just below Clear water beach- we had a awesome time- saw sea turles nest , dolphines fish at our feet, all kinds of birds- it was very relaxing one day we went to busch gardens and then of course we got together with teresa's aunt who lives down there---my freckles have all connected to make a suedo tan.-- on the way home we decided to surprise the girls and spend the day at disney-- we had a blast-- it was very needed-- now as we shift back into our daily schedules i find my self remember the beach. ahhhhhh

so-went last night with some of my students to see the happening- i'm a sucker mks movies-- i love the fact that they are suspence not gore- although this one had blood--also he makes you think- and yu don't have everything laid out for you.. i love movies that make me think ok what would i do in this situation. loved this movie!!

so the girls couldn't wait to give me their fathers day gift- a hamock-- YES YES YES-- they thought i could tie it to the little mimbosa tree yeah right- big me flimsie tree- snap thud-- so i'm going to get a stand- but yes a hamock
